Every order received and paid before 12:00 Am, from Monday to Friday, will be managed the same day. From 12:00 am onwards, the orders will be processed the next business day.
Deliver price includes the first 2 intents home delivery. From then on, the customer will have to pay for them. If the delivery failed, the transport company will leave a notification to contact with them to agree another delivery try.
There is no previous phone notification, so please provide an address where is usually someone there, for example your work place. This way, we will avoid delays and problems.
Delivery to Andorra, Canarias, Gibraltar, Ceuta and Melilla will be placed under customs control and the costs could increase because of local taxes, like the IGIC or DUA, this will be placed under costumer expense.
Yellow Skin S.L. will not assume the customs costs, customs officers, proceeding transport costs or community taxes.
The customer will have to pay de costs at the delivery arrival.

The delivery of these items will be carry out by different transport companies. We do not deliver in weekend and bank holidays. Those days, as well as road haulers or suppliers strikes, will not being part of delivery times.
Both, office and logistics company stores of Yellow Skin S.L. will be placed under Cordoba’s bank holidays conditions, do not giving any service these days.
